Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower

MMMMmmmm, I love roasted cauliflower. Adding turmeric makes it extra pretty and healthy!

Ingredients

Head of cauliflower

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp turmeric

Salt & pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Separate the cauliflower into small florets

Place in an oven-proof baking dish, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until cauliflower is lightly browned.

Serve as a side, on its own, or in salads.
