Refunds

COVID-19 Update, May 2020:

Due to COVID-19, Smoothstyle is inoperable. We will strive to provide refunds upon request.

Pre-paid 10-night passes can be refunded remotely via the same method they were paid. Alternatively, these can be donated to Smoothstyle if you feel you received great value for the experience you had with us, and/or if you are currently enjoying the virtual lessons playlists, and other resources we are providing.

Prepaid private lessons can be taken online or refunded.

Smoothstyle’s expenses include(d): rent, staff, music licensing fees, banking and payment system fees, insurance, HST, marketing/promotion costs, hygiene supplies.

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel a lesson.

Payment Options

Online

We accept cash, credit, and debit payments. To pay online, you can:

  • Send money via Online Interac
  • Pay online via a Square invoice, which we will generate upon request
