Since discovering this dressing in Costa Rica, I keep it in my fridge and put it on … well, pretty much everything. It’s great on salads and rice dishes.
Tumeric has anti-inflamatory and other benefits!
1/2 Cup of Olive oil
1/2 Cup of water
1/2 Cup of Vinegar (apple)
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1/2 Tbsp Marjoram
Black pepper to taste
Optional: minced garlic & onion or shallots, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well before serving.
