Turmeric Dressing

Since discovering this dressing in Costa Rica, I keep it in my fridge and put it on … well, pretty much everything. It’s great on salads and rice dishes.

Tumeric has anti-inflamatory and other benefits!


1/2 Cup of Olive oil

1/2 Cup of water

1/4 Cup of  apple cider vinegar

1/4 Cup of red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp Turmeric

1/2 Tbsp Marjoram

Black pepper to taste

1/2 T honey, runny or melted

Optional: minced garlic & onion or shallots, to taste


Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well before serving.

Keeps well in fridge, I like to heat in the microwave for a few seconds before shaking and serving.
