Breakfast Salad

I eat high-protein breakfasts, and this is one of my favourites.


1/2 tomato, seeded and cubed

1/2 avocado, cubed

Roasted cauliflower or roasted beets, cubed

Cheddar or other favourite cheese, cubed

Tumeric dressing

Poached egg


Assemble vegetables and cheddar in a bowl and pour dressing over top.

Poach egg to desired hardness and place on top of salad.
